Mr. Jimmy Leow

Chief Executive Officer, AEQON TJ Group

Mr. Jimmy Leow was appointed as the CEO of AEQON TJ in August 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic vision to the role. Before taking on the CEO position, Jimmy served as AEQON TJ’s Senior Vice President since January 2016, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the Sales and Business Development functions. His leadership was instrumental in guiding his team to secure high-revenue projects that aligned with AEQON TJ’s core capabilities and business strategy, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and market positioning in the security infrastructure industry.

As a seasoned industry veteran, Jimmy brings deep market knowledge and experience to AEQON TJ. He has been a key figure in providing strategic direction and training to a regional team, empowering them to support global partners and drive growth in their respective markets.

Prior to joining AEQON TJ, Jimmy was the Managing Director of TJ Systems (S) Pte Ltd, where he was instrumental in the company’s strategic growth and leadership. His efforts were critical to TJ Systems’ success, leading up to its acquisition by AEQON in January 2016.

In his current role as CEO, Jimmy is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. He sets the company’s strategic goals and ensures that all departments align with these objectives. His focus is on driving operational efficiency and enhancing the company’s competitive edge in the market.

Jimmy holds a Degree in Modern Marketing from the University of Olkohama, a testament to his strong foundation in strategic marketing and business acumen.

Ms. Chua Ai Leng

Finance Director, AEQON TJ Group

Ms Chua Ai Leng joined as the Group Finance Manager in June 2015. She has more than 10 years of finance and auditing experience. She is responsible for the overall accounting, financial, compliance reporting as well as internal control function of the Group.

Prior to joining  AEQON TJ, Ai Leng held the role of audit manager with a Singapore local mid-tier audit firm. She managed the client portfolio of private and listed companies in various industries including information technology, manufacturing, trading, investment properties, and healthcare.

Ai Leng graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the La Trobe University, Australia. She is also a fellow member of CPA Australia.

Mr. Ethan Cheam

Senior Vice President (SVP), PT AWS & Wired Product

Ethan Cheam serves as an Senior Vice-President of Sales and Business Development and leads the company’s connectivity team for both Singapore and Indonesia markets. He is responsible for the strategy and execution of all sales efforts while expanding to new markets and territories. 

Ethan joined the AEQON TJ group in 2016 when AEQON TJ acquired Asia Wiring Systems Pte Ltd (AWS) as one of its synergising partners to widen it’s offerings. Ethan started his role as a Sales Engineer and Account Manager from 2011 with AWS, then managed a portfolio of channel accounts in the enterprise network industry. He eventually served as an Assistant Sales Manager who mentors his sales team to nurture existing clients and grow new accounts. He was then promoted to Sales Manager to oversee the Singapore sales team of the connectivity business unit while fostering vendor relationships with key product brands.

Mr. Pham Trung Hieu

Managing Director, Nhân Sinh Phúc (NSP)

Mr. Pham Trung Hieu (Hieu) has been with Nhân Sinh Phúc (NSP), our subsidiary in Vietnam, since its inception, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, fostering innovation and driving its development. With over 25 years of experience in the structured cabling industry, Hieu is a seasoned expert whose extensive knowledge has earned him recognition as an authorized instructor for leading global manufacturers such as CommScope and Fluke Networks. Hieu’s expertise is further demonstrated through his role as a jury member for national skills competitions and as a coach for the national team in multiple ASEAN and WorldSkills competitions. His dedication and contributions have been recognized with two Certificates of Merit from the Vietnamese Ministry of Labour, Invalids, and Social Affairs.

In addition to his technical proficiency, Hieu holds an MBA, which has equipped him with essential leadership and management skills. This combination of expertise and business acumen enables him to deliver exceptional technical training while effectively leading teams, defining the company’s vision and mission, overseeing daily operations, and spearheading ambitious projects, such as establishing a manufacturing plant from the ground up.

Since 2023, NSP has operated as a subsidiary of AEQON TJ Pte. Ltd., with Hieu overseeing operations and product distribution in the Vietnamese market. Beyond his local leadership responsibilities, he supports regional business collaborations and initiatives.

Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, with offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, NSP continues to play a key role in Vietnam’s digital transformation. Under Hieu’s guidance, the company leverages its extensive distribution network and cutting-edge solutions to consistently enhance the quality and reliability of IT infrastructure nationwide.
